Today marks The Great American Smokeout of 2009. The annual campaign led by the American Cancer Society asks U.S. citizens to stop smoking.
Smoking--or not--is a very personal decision. As such HuffPost wants to know why YOU stopped smoking and asks you to share your stories about the effect smoking has had on you and your family members. Feel free to tell us by uploading your video message or by commenting below.
