VIDEO! Here again is youtube video of the double handball during the France vs. Ireland FIFA World Cup qualifying soccer game. The France Handball by Thierry Henry and missed by Referee Martin Hansson has prompted Ireland to speak out Thursday
Some Ireland reps have told FIFA they are demanding a replay of the playoff game. Moreover Ireland says not only is there a handball but two French players offsides on a free kick.
Irish Justice Minister Dermont Ahern issued a statement today to AP that three was a 1) double handball and 2) double offsides.
“If that result remains it reinforces the view that if you cheat you will win. Millions of people worldwide saw it was a blatant double handball not to mention a double offside. We should put the powers that be in the cozy world of FIFA on the spot and demand a replay.”

What was Hansson’s reaction?
Irish left back Kevin Kilbane tells press that Hansson remarked after the play: “I can 100% say it wasn’t handball.” Kinbane’s reaction was “When he said that to me I knew full well that he was just lying to me because he hadn’t even sene it.”
